<p>We continue to track out thesis regarding Toyota laying the groundwork for increasing hybrid penetration. Our recent conversation with the company revealed to us that, somewhat surprisingly, they are starting to see some progress in the US. With China already starting to move towards a hybrid-friendly stance, Europe and Japan already seeing high levels of penetration for Toyota and now the US starting to crack, we believe it is only a matter of time before South and South East Asia too get on the bandwagon and quiet global wave of hybridisation emerges.</p>
