Commodities

<li>In the anticipation of a U.S.-Iran conflict, funds have opted to buy crude oil in lieu of RBOB, leading to a modest retracement in our refiner equities and RBOB cracks.</li>
<li>We see no reason to amend our fundamental outlook; the weakness since our June 19 report therefore creates another buy window for both our stocks and RBOB cracks.</li>
<li>Any possible major disruption in oil supply as a result of any conflict could be a risk to our thesis, but we do not anticipate any such interruption.</li>
