Singapore Exchange Ltd (SGX)

Singapore Exchange is Asia’s leading and trusted market infrastructure, facilitating the exchange of capital and ideas to create value for people, businesses and economies. Marco Polo Marine Limited is an integrated shipping company. The Company provides services that include ship chartering, ship building and repair, and brokering services.

Keppel REIT operates as a commercial real estate investment trust. The Trust owns and invests in a portfolio of income-producing office buildings and related real estate assets. Keppel REIT offers its services in Asia and Australia.

<ul><li>Retail investors have been net buyers of real estate investment trust (S-REITs) in 2024 amid volatile performance for the sector during the year.</li><li>These investors net bought some S$1.6 billion across the sector in 2024, bringing their total net inflows into S-REITs over the past five years to over S$6 billion.</li><li>Across the broader Singapore market, the REIT sector was also the sector with the highest net retail inflows in 2024, followed by Real Estate (excluding REITs), which saw around S$400 million in net inflows.</li></ul>

Retail investors have been net buyers of real estate investment trust (S-REITs) in 2024 amid volatile performance for the sector during the year.These investors net bought some S$1.6 billion across the sector in 2024, bringing their total net inflows into S-REITs over the past five years to over S$6 billion.Across the broader Singapore market, the REIT sector was also the sector with the highest net retail inflows in 2024, followed by Real Estate (excluding REITs), which saw around S$400 million in net inflows.

Elite Commercial REIT (“Elite REIT”) is a Singapore real estate investment trust established with the investment strategy of principally investing, directly or indirectly, in commercial real-estate related assets in the United Kingdom (“UK”). Elite REIT is the only UK REIT listed in Pound sterling on the Singapore Exchange.

Elite REIT’s portfolio (“Portfolio”) comprises predominantly freehold properties strategically located mainly in town centres, and near amenities and transportation nodes. The Portfolio offers a stable government-backed income stream with over 99% of the gross rental income derived from the UK Government, backed by AA-rated sovereign credit strength. DBS Group Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries provide a variety of financial services.  The Company offers services including mortgage financing, lease and hire purchase financing, nominee and trustee, funds management, corporate advisory and brokerage .  DBS Group also acts as the primary dealer in Singapore government securities.

<ul><li>Over the five trading sessions from Dec 6 to Dec 12, institutions were net sellers of Singapore stocks, leading to a net institutional outflow of S$104 million, reversing a quarter of the S$418 million net inflow over the preceding five sessions.</li><li>Stocks that led the net institutional outflow over the five sessions through to Dec 12 were DBS Group Holdings, Capitaland Investment, SATS, Singapore Exchange, Mapletree Industrial Trust, Capitaland Integrated Comm Trust, Genting Singapore, Capitaland Ascendas REIT, Singapore Telecommunications and Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust.</li><li>The five trading sessions saw more than 50 director interests and substantial shareholdings filed for close to 25 primary-listed stocks.</li></ul>
