<p>According to the latest URA Statistics, the downturn in Singapore's Private Residential Property continues. The Private Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) decreased by 0.5% in 4th quarter 2016, rent by 1.0% and vacancy rate was up by 0.3 percentage points. The RPPI is in its 13th consecutive quarters of decline, the longest downturn since the early 2000s.  Year on year, the RPPI has decreased by a mere 3.1%,  a far cry from the massive price drop that many analysts were forecasting. </p><p>A…</p>
