<li>Value Act, as activist, believes the KKR's <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/topcon-corp" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:738:1" rel="noopener">Topcon Corp (7732 JP)</a> is not being done at the right price. But Value Act will now tender shares and invest in Bidco. </li>
