Faroe Petroleum (FPM LN)

Faroe Petroleum was an independent oil and gas company focused on exploration, appraisal, and production opportunities in Norway and the United Kingdom. Its portfolio included approximately 60 exploration, appraisal, development, and production licenses across various regions such as the West of Shetland, North Sea, Norwegian Sea, Barents Sea, and Celtic Sea. The company was founded in 1997 with the establishment of Føroya Kolvetni in the Faroe Islands. Faroe Petroleum plc was acquired by DNO ASA and subsequently changed its name to DNO North Sea plc in 2019.
