Jababekaâ€™s FY 2019 results were disappointing, with three consecutive quarters of significantآ revenue declines and lower profitability. The financial risk profile has deteriorated significantly, with elevated leverageآ and stressed coverage ratios. However, we view positively the positive FCF, sound liquidity, and good debt maturity profile, which should enable the company to weather theآ COVID-19 crisis. Jababeka should not face any liquidity challenges until 2023, when the USD 300 mn 2023 Notes are due to mature.آ
