We provide a historical perspective that often reveals, through our long-term charts, how price patterns often repeat themselves over time.

Technical Analysis

<li>We will stay near-term bullish as long as crucial support levels of 6780-6824 on SPX and $141.50 on ACWI-US continue to hold.</li>
<li>We are not fighting the bullish trend with all the MSCI global indexes (MSCI ACWI, EAFE, ACWI ex-US, and EM) hitting multi-year highs, but we are monitoring potential concerns</li>
<li>The bulk of new buy ideas that we see continue to be within commodity Sectors (Energy, Materials, with Materials highlighted today) and defensives (Health Care, Telecomm, and Services highlighted today)</li>
</ul>

<li>Currently, we expect one regular change for ASX 50 and four regular changes for ASX 200 during the rebalance. Separately, there could be a couple of M&amp;A-related index changes too.</li>
<li>The index review results will be confirmed in early-June 2026.</li>

In this insight, we have presented our final expectations for index changes for ASX 200, 100, 50, and 20 for the June 2026 index rebal event.

<li>We are seeing snap-back rallies in the largest global economies -- notably the U.S. and Japan, and also Europe to a lesser extent. However...</li>
<li>We're expecting to see lower highs develop at prior breakdown levels at 2690-2700 on the TOPIX and 4884 on the EURO STOXX 50, which are significant resistance levels.</li>
<li>Watching SPX resistance at 5585, or possible test of YTD highs/marginal new high, all fitting with our ongoing belief (since July 25) that ACWI-US going through 1-to 4-month pullback/consolidation.</li>
