<li>On the 29 September, the Interims to June 2025 were reported by this designer of electric automated transport technology and software used by the Automotive industry and airports.</li>
<li>Revenue was 10% lower at £3.5m with a divergence of performance for the two divisions. Revenue at the automotive division (specialist components for electric vehicles) was affected by production volatility, while rising star the Autonomous division revenues increased 41% to £1.1m.</li>
<li>The increase is being driven by trial deployments and contracts progressing to larger orders. </li>

<li>Glencore International AG and certain entities and affiliates managed by Anchorage Structured Commodities Advisor, have agreed to participate as cornerstone investors, agreeing to invest, in aggregate, an amount representing approximately 20.5% of the Shares to be offered pursuant to the Global Offer.</li>
<li>9th May: iFOREX Financial Trading, the fintech business with a proprietary online and mobile trading platform for multi-asset contracts for difference, announces that it has confirmed its intention to IPO onto the Main Market.</li>

<li>The platform has since played a central role in programmes such as the National Leisure Recovery Fund and the Swimming Pool Support Fund, tracking over 9 million active people across 1,000+ leisure facilities daily.</li>
