<li>The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the design of a proposed Phase 2 clinical study for AT278 delivered by continuous infusion via an Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) system, ahead of a planned Investigational New Drug (IND) submission.</li>
<li>Arecor reports they are on track to commence Phase 2 study in mid-2026, subject to further funding.</li>

<li>Results for FY25 are expected to once more demonstrate significant double-digit growth on the prior year, driven by a strong performance across Beeks' Private, Proximity and Exchange Cloud offerings.</li>
<li>Revenue for FY25 is expected to have increased by approximately 25% to £35.5m (30 June 2024: £28.5m), with underlying EBITDA growth of 29% to £13.8m (30 June 2024: £10.7m) and underlying profit before tax growth of 41% to £5.5m (30 June 2024: £3.9m). </li>

<li>The Kad River 3D survey covers the entirety of the newly secured Kad River East leases, comprising approximately 17,920 acres (100% working interest) east of the Trans Alaska Pipeline System.</li>
<li>Access to the 3D seismic data, in combination with historical well logs, will enable 88 Energy to apply its technical expertise to design a data-driven exploration programme across this highly-prospective and under-explored region. </li>
