<li>The <a href="https://www1.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/sehk/2024/0730/2024073000041.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Offer Document</a> is now out. This is not a Composite Document. A "Response Document" is expected in two weeks, which will include the IFA opinion. </li>
<li>All the above is moot. <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/org-technology-co-ltd-a" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:17510:1" rel="noopener">ORG Technology Co., Ltd.
