NPS adjusted holdings of 101 stocks in Korea as of 5 April 2023, of which it reduced ownership in 53 of them and raised ownership in 47 of them.
In this insight, we discuss 39 stocks major stocks in Korea which have experienced changes in their ownerships by the NPS in the past several weeks.

<li>There were 1,174 institutional investors that participated in this IPO survey. The demand ratio was 352.6 to 1.</li>
<li>Our base case valuation of JEIO is target price of 12,575 won per share, which is 3.3% lower than the IPO price 13,000 won.</li>

Jeio (418550 KS) announced its IPO price of 13,000 won, which was at the high end of the recently revised down IPO price range of 10,000 won to 13,000 won.

Our base case valuation of JEIO is target price of 12,575 won per share, which is 3.3% lower than the IPO price 13,000 won.

<li>LG Chem's deletion is almost a done deal. The pouch-type pack goes to LG Energy, and the cathode business is not big enough to beat L&amp;F.</li>
<li>Chunbo is an additive field that this index has not included so far. So, Chunbo will be added as a new addition rather than replacing someone else.</li>
<li>SK IE Tech is quite tricky. The key is to see separator and elecfoil as the same field. If so, SK IET is likely to replace Iljin Materials.</li>

<li>We estimate its sales to increase by 29.5% YoY to reach 117.1 billion won and operating profit to improve to 6.1 billion won in 2023 (turned black YoY).</li>
</ul>


Our base case valuation of JEIO is target price of 12,752 won per share, which is 15% lower than the low end of the IPO price range.
Given the low target price relative to the IPO price range, we have a Negative view of JEIO IPO.  
We estimate its sales to increase by 29.5% YoY to reach 117.1 billion won and operating profit to improve to 6.1 billion won in 2023 (turned black YoY).
