<li>Almost exactly four year ago, Blackstone <a href="https://www.afr.com/property/commercial/blackstone-snaps-up-logistics-stake-for-2-1b-20211210-p59gl5" target="_blank" rel="noopener">paid A$2.1bn for a 49% stake</a> in the Dexus Australian Logistics Trust, a prime logistics portfolio managed and jointly owned by Dexus.</li>
