More likely, there is a significant amount of rescheduling happening behind the scenes, which is not totally clear on the surface. At the same time, there can be a shifting of certain assets (like loans) into held-to-maturity or other asset accounts, which obfuscate the analysis or need for NPL disclosure. In August, average house price increased 13.8% y/y, as measured by the SouFun-CREIS 100 Cities Index, compared to 12.4% the previous month. It is the 13th consecutive month of y/y price growth.
