<li>DNG reported Q1 financials which were ahead of our estimates with revenue of $154.1M (+93% YoY) compared to our estimate of $133.5M and operating cashflow of $10.1M (+74% YoY) compared to our estimate of $5.9M.</li>
<li>DNG also announced that CEO Jean Martineau will retire in the summer of 2026 and COO Daniel Misiano will take over the role.</li>
