The purpose of Contrarian Cashflows is to document my investment research and share it with everyone who is interested in value investing. My long term aspiration for Contrarian Cashflows is to become a platform for professional investors and serious amateurs where they can get inspiration and discuss investing-related topics.
I plan to publish one company deep dive per month that is guided by my investment approach. All information I use for my write-ups is publicly available and most of the time directly sourced from public filings issued by the respective companies. To guarantee maximum transparency, for every post I provide a list of all used sources in the resources section.

Auctus Advisors is a specialist Equity Capital Markets and Advisory business with a focus in the Energy Sector. The partners have complementary skill sets, with decades of experience across Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking and the Energy industry. We have worked at Société Générale, Canaccord Capital, BMO Capital Markets and Schlumberger. Most recently we have worked together for many years at GMP FirstEnergy. Auctus has been set up at the beginning of a new decade in which we see significant opportunities in the Energy space. Globally, demand for energy is at record levels and continues to grow. Conversely, investment in traditional energy sources has been severely constrained. We believe this imbalance creates opportunities for both companies and investors. Auctus provides Corporate Broking, Equity Research and Investment Banking services.

<li>ADX Energy (ADX AU)C : target price of A$0.08 per share: Transaction with MND receives Austrian Ministerial acceptance – ADX has received clearance from the ministry of finance in Austria for the partnership documentation between ADX, MND and Xstate Resources.</li>
<li>This was a key condition precedent to completing the transaction.</li>
<li>The transaction will provide funding for the drilling of key wells at Anshof that are expected to add reserves and production. </li>

<ul><li>Positive testing results opens the Montney - Calima has so far obtained very good results from the re-testing of the Calima #2 and Calima #3 wells.</li><li>This could de-risk the initial development of the Montney with potential for production in 2024.</li><li>This could also materially increase the likelihood of attracting an industry partner. </li></ul>
