Hanwha Corporation (000880 KS) is "expensive" on my monitor. But that doesn't paint the whole picture. And what's up with Genscript Biotech (1548 HK)'s deconsolidation of Legend Biotech (LEGN US)?
Preceding my comments on Hanwha and Genscript Biotech/Legend Biotech are the current setup/unwind tables for Asia-Pacific Holdcos.

<li>The Offer remains subject to approval from the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore. Public feedback closed on the 18th October. No date on a decision is currently available. </li>
<li>The Lim Estate, holding ~31%,  has not yet tendered. But they will do so shortly - according to a media announcement - as the Hanwha Group inches towards compulsory acquisition. </li>

Dyna Mac Holdings (DMHL SP) announced very early this morning that the Hanwha Group now holds &gt;50% of shares, satisfying the tendering condition.
The Offer remains subject to approval from the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore. Public feedback closed on the 18th October. No date on a decision is currently available. 
The Lim Estate, holding ~31%,  has not yet tendered. But they will do so shortly - according to a media announcement - as the Hanwha Group inches towards compulsory acquisition.
