<li>In its <a href="https://cdn-api.markitdigital.com/apiman-gateway/ASX/asx-research/1.0/file/2924-02662285-2A1447428?access_token=83ff96335c2d45a094df02a206a39ff4" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Target Statement</a> on the 4 May, Healius' board unanimously recommended that Healius shareholders reject the Offer. In its Target Statement on the 4 May, Healius' board unanimously recommended that Healius shareholders reject the Offer. A forthcoming ACCC decision may also conclude a merger is verboten.
