<li>HTD generated RMB652mn OCF outflow in 2H22, negatively impacted by both Covid and accounts receivables due to its SME focused model.</li>
<li>We maintain the stock as SELL rating and raise TP by HK$4.5 to HK$18.0 to factor in the shrinking minority interests on market value basis. </li>
