Periscope Analytics focuses on event-driven trades across Asia Pacific and provides comprehensive, timely and systematic coverage of index changes to major Asia Pacific indices in a structured manner.

The analysis includes forecasted inclusions and exclusions to all major Asian indices that have significant amount of tracking assets, including estimates of passive buy/sell flow on the stocks. The service also provides commentary and impact of market consultations, ground rule changes, and other events (IPOs, spin-offs, M&A) that could lead to index changes and passive flow.

<li>Black Pink remains a fan-favorite group and their contribution to sales and profits are likely to peak this year. Valuations for YG Entertainment is also unattractive.</li>
<li>Although BabyMonster is likely to become popular, the higher probability scenario is for them to fall below expectations. We do not believe BabyMonster could become the next Black Pink. </li>

<li>The competition ratio of the tender offer was 2.2655436 to 1. Accordingly, the allocation ratio was set at 44.1395170%. </li>
<li>At the current price of 95,100 won, SM Entertainment's shares are undervalued by about 25% to 45% over the next 6-12 months, in our view. </li>
