<li>KRX Semicon has experienced a considerable increase in AUM due to the recent AI rally. Two ETFs tracking SEMICON have a combined AUM of ₩0.6T.</li>
<li>The following five stocks are screened as potential additions: ITM Semiconductor, Hyundai Energy Solutions, TEMC, Fine Semitech, and AT Technology.  </li>
<li>While it may not be a major flow event, it still presents a trading opportunity worth considering, especially in September, which is relatively less eventful in terms of flows.</li>

<li>The most noteworthy developments include Samsung Electronics being newly added to the Semicon sector, while SK Square has been removed.</li>
<li>We must be mindful of the potential concentration of shorting flow on SK Square as most names expected to experience negative flows do not fall under the KS200/KQ150 membership.</li>
<li>Our strategic approach can take three directions: 1. aim at only those receiving positive flows, 2. heavy shorting SK Square, and 3. long-short the four with the most flow size.</li>

<li>On 23 February, LG Electronics announced that it will exit the solar panel business due to lack of competitiveness as it has been losing money in this business. </li>
<li>This restructuring will have a positive impact on LG Electronics. We applaud its strategy of focusing on what it does best and exiting businesses where it is not competitive. </li>
<li>Assuming operating loss of 80 billion won and a 9% cost of capital, this would result in perpetuity value losses of 889 billion won.</li>
</ul>
