Indika Energy's 9M/21 results were stronger as expected, given the solid recovery in coal prices from October 2020 onwards. There was a massive operating leverage effect in Kideco, as cash costs were well controlled while selling prices soared. The financial risk profile has improved significantly, with modest leverage and coverage ratios. Liquidity is sound, and the debt maturity profile continues to be healthy and long-dated. We expect even stronger performance in Q4/21, and revise our forecast for the year upwards due to the extent of the coal price rally. We forecast FY 2021 revenue and EBITDA growth of 45% and 90%, respectively. We also foresee that Debt/EBITDA and Net Debt/EBITDA will dip significantly below 3x and 2x by FYE 2021.
