The Group announced an acquisition of a commercial property to explore possibilities of converting the property into a dormitory for its foreign workforce.</li><li>The factory-converted dormitory has a remaining lease of 12 years and is expected to accommodate between 200 beds to 400 beds which forms up majority of the foreign workforce.</li><li>This initiative is expected to positively impact gross margins and allow the Group to continue its cost saving efforts.</li></ul>
