Our process begins by organizing the universe of actively traded stocks into discrete sectors, then into industry groups. We then apply our technical and quantitative tools to identify developing price trends. Once attractive trends are identified within a selected sector or group, we screen for individual stocks which we believe offer the best risk/reward profile. We provide a historical perspective that often reveals, through our long-term charts, how price patterns often repeat themselves over time.

<li>Our outlook remains bullish on global equities (MSCI ACWI) with ACWI-US and the S&amp;P 500 holding above their respective bases at $117 and 5650-5670.</li>
<li>We've discussed since mid-October how we would use any pre-election pullback in the MSCI ACWI or the SPX (U.S. remains our only country overweight) as an opportunity to add exposure</li>
<li>And we continue to see a high probability of significant upside going into year-end and the early part of 2025.</li>

China's State Administration for Market Regulation has formally accepted  Shandong Xinjufeng Technology  (301296 CH) (XJF)'s filing. That's positive. SAMR previously okayed XJF's initial 28.22% stake from Jardine Matheson (JM SP).
No new update on co-founders Jeff Bi and Gang Hong's non-binding Offer. 
Separately, the EGM requisitioned by XJF to appoint two XJF-friendly directors progresses.
