We cover all listing across the Asia Pacific along with follow-up placements. As of Dec 2020, our team had covered 539 IPOs with a hit rate of 73.5% and 685 placements with a hit rate of 66.8%.

We combine fundamental bottom-up views with our proprietary quantitative framework to provide a holistic coverage across new listings and placements. Our coverage includes pre-IPO notes before the deal is launched, follow-up analysis once the deal is live and post-listing trading analysis as well.

<li>We highlight short interest changes in National Australia Bank, Goodman, ANZ, Asx.</li>

<li>Passive Hang Seng trackers need to sell <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/meituan-dianping" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:26970:1" rel="noopener">Meituan (3690 HK)</a> at the close on 4 January following <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/tencent-holdings-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:26:1" rel="noopener">Tencent (700 HK)</a> in-specie distribution.</li>
<li>We take a look at flows to Asian focused ETFs over the course of 2022. A lot of winners in terms of AUM, but a few losers too.</li>

Shareholders will receive A$1.05 per share, a 62.8% premium to the unaffected price. </li>
<li>The three largest shareholders, representing 76.0% of outstanding shares, will vote in favour of the deal. The scheme meeting is set for 3Q. </li>
<li>This is a done deal. At the last close price, the gross and annualised spread for an October implementation date is 4.5% and 10.1% respectively.  </li>
