We combine fundamental bottom-up views with our proprietary quantitative framework to provide a holistic coverage across new listings and placements. Our coverage includes pre-IPO notes before the deal is launched, follow-up analysis once the deal is live and post-listing trading analysis as well.

Quantitative Analysis

<li>We estimate that foreign flows to be outflows of USD937mln. We tabulate the league table for top changes by value for 1W/4W/1Y and top stocks held by foreign institutions.</li>
<li>We highlight changes of foreign holdings in Naver, Samsung Electronics.</li>

<li>After the market close on 11 November, it was reported that MBK/Young Poong alliance purchased additional 1.36% stake (282,366 shares) in Korea Zinc from the market.</li>
<li>The gap in the voting rights shares between MBK/Young Poong alliance and Korea Zinc/Choi family alliance has widened from about 3% three weeks ago to about 5% today. </li>
<li>We would further caution investors that if more investors perceive MBK/Young Poong as the clear winner, there could be a further downside risk on Korea Zinc's share price. </li>

After the market close on 11 November, it was reported that MBK/Young Poong alliance purchased additional 1.36% stake (282,366 shares) in Korea Zinc from the market.

Hanwha Corporation (000880 KS) is "expensive" on my monitor. But that doesn't paint the whole picture. And what's up with Genscript Biotech (1548 HK)'s deconsolidation of Legend Biotech (LEGN US)?
