<li>We highlight changes of foreign holdings in Sk Hynix, Samsung Electronics.</li>

<li>We can’t rule out the second injunction request being accepted on the 21st, leaving Choi’s camp in a tough position with tender offer cancellation risks compared to MBK.</li>
