Periscope Analytics focuses on event-driven trades across Asia Pacific and provides comprehensive, timely and systematic coverage of index changes to major Asia Pacific indices in a structured manner.

The analysis includes forecasted inclusions and exclusions to all major Asian indices that have significant amount of tracking assets, including estimates of passive buy/sell flow on the stocks. Inc will issue 0.4492620 new shares for each share in Healthcare. The swap prices of ₩148,853 for Inc and ₩66,874 for Healthcare are firm. 

Celltrion Pharm (068760 KS) is excluded from the original three-way merger plan, but is expected to be merged with the enlarged Inc/Healthcare entity around July 2024.
