<li>UST yields were mixed yesterday, with the curve twisting flatter around the 10Y and partly unwinding Monday's bull-steepening move.</li>
<li>The yield on the 2Y UST rose 2 bps to 3.46%, following a mixed auction of 2Y notes which tailed marginally by 0.1 bps despite good bidding metrics.</li>
<li>The yield on the 10Y UST was unchanged at 4.03%. Equities recovered from Monday's slump, led by a rebound in tech stocks. </li>

<li>Since the end of June, shares held though Southbound Connect have increased on 20 of the 27 HSCI deletions and there could be some unwinding in the next two weeks.</li>
