Akeso Biopharma (9926.HK) - Behind the Deal with Summit: A Snake Swallows an Elephant?

<li>If strictly speaking, the so-called import substitution is not really good logic, but investors need to know "when to participate in this story" and "when to exit".</li>
<li>Economic downturn would lead to consumption downgrade. We suggest that investors temporarily avoid medical companies with consumption attributes, since we have concerns on their performance.</li>

<li>If only from the business level, GenScript is a worthy target for investment. It has the exponential growth potential in valuation and could reach a new high in the future.</li>
<li>However, our biggest worry lies in the “black swans events” . We don't know what “new surprises” GenScript will bring us in the future. </li>

<li>The approval of Genuine Biotech’s Azvudine could greatly increase the unpredictability of the approval of domestic innovative drugs, thus greatly increasing the unpredictable risk of domestic innovative drug enterprises.</li>
<li>In terms of internationalization, we summarized what Chinese pharmaceutical companies could do at the current stage. But they are hard to become the mainstream in pharmaceuticals globally in short term.</li>
