Water Tower Research was founded by Wall Street veterans after witnessing a fundamental shift in the investment research industry with the result being a declining knowledge base among investors, a lack of awareness and a shrinking pool of fundamental research being conducted on companies across the small-cap and micro-cap spectrum. The same issues are now increasingly occurring in the mid-cap space. This sea change within the investment community is impacting not only the companies themselves but also current shareholders and potential investors. With significantly less active sell-side sponsorship by Wall Street, a substantial information gap has developed between companies and various constituents in the financial community. <ul><li>LFVN announced it is expanding its MindBody GLP- 1 System to markets outside of the US beginning on March 15.</li><li>The MB System, as the product is known internationally, will be available to consultants and customers in Japan, and exclusively to consultants in most other markets, with those markets making the product available to customers at the end of April.</li><li>Therefore, we do not expect the full benefit of the international launch to have an impact on financials until 4QFY25.</li></ul>

<ul><li>LifeVantage’s initial inventory for the MindBody launch was 5x that of its last successful new product launch, which was Liquid Collagen in June 2022.</li><li>Despite the much larger inventory build, the company sold out of MindBody in 13 days following its launch in mid-October.</li><li>By mid-December, LifeVantage was able to get additional product in and began shipping it. </li></ul>

LFVN’s new sales range implies full-year sales growth of 17.4-22.4%.</li></ul>
