<p>It is reported that Lotte Chemical will push ahead with Lotte Chemical Titan's Kuala Lumpur IPO this year. The bookrunners are JPM, CS, Maybank and HSBC. Lotte is targeting +US$3bil market cap for Titan whose OP for last year was almost US$500mil (20% of Lotte Chemical's total OP last year). Lotte Chemical owns 100% stake in Titan, and Lotte Chemical is said to be seeking for more M&amp;A deals with money to be raised from this IPO. The detailed time schedule of this IPO has not been made available yet, but Lotte Chemical is believed to be wanting to complete this IPO in the second half of this year, and the company is believed to be seeking to raise about US$500-700mil from this IPO.</p>
