<p>Lotus’ profits will remain upbeat thanks to stable market share for its main product Suboxone and its anti-obesity drug business in South Korea. Meanwhile, the company is making inroads into the global anti-cancer drugs market. Although Lotus has cut the price for Suboxone in Jul21, and trim 2H21 GM guidance to less than 45% as a result, we still expect overall sales to remain upbeat given strong sales growth in the overseas markets in 2H21-1H22. The main U.S. generic drug Lenalidomide will be launched in Sep22, which could contribute over NT$2 to FY22 EPS.
