The analysis includes forecasted inclusions and exclusions to all major Asian indices that have significant amount of tracking assets, including estimates of passive buy/sell flow on the stocks. We rate <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/10036" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:10036:1">Medifast Inc (MED US)</a> a Buy given its strong underlying operating momentum.  The stock has dramatically outperformed this year given large upside surprises, but it has pulled back from recent highs given recent market turbulence, particularly for high P/E stocks.  We have also been getting questions about product quality and labeling issues, but do not believe this company, given its background evolving from the Health Care community, is cutting any corners on that front and would use recent weakness to add to positions ahead of what we expect will be another strong quarter this week.
