Periscope Analytics focuses on event-driven trades across Asia Pacific and provides comprehensive, timely and systematic coverage of index changes to major Asia Pacific indices in a structured manner.

The analysis includes forecasted inclusions and exclusions to all major Asian indices that have significant amount of tracking assets, including estimates of passive buy/sell flow on the stocks. The service also provides commentary and impact of market consultations, ground rule changes, and other events (IPOs, spin-offs, M&A) that could lead to index changes and passive flow.

<li>There are 636 companies out of a total 2,267 listed companies in Korea (28%) that have confirmed that they will change their dividend payout system starting 2024.</li>
<li>As listed companies set different voting rights and dividend record dates from the end of the year, investors need to check the dividend record date and dividend amount before investing.</li>

<li>On 21 November, Nice Holdings (034310 KS) announced new shareholder return policies that included material increase in dividends and share cancellations.</li>
<li>First, Nice Holdings has decided to raise dividends by more than 10% every year for the next three years. Nice Holdings paid dividend per share of 410 won last year. </li>
<li>Nice Holdings also announced that it will cancel more than 1% of total outstanding shares every year for the next three years. </li>
</ul>
