<li>The trading improvement signalled at the Interimsin September 2025 continued and the Finals to December2025 showed progress in all four divisions of Rail, Traffic, Defence and Communication.</li>
<li>Revenues increased 24% to £14.9m and contained the first full year contribution from Affini and saw improvements in Petards Rail.</li>
<li>The gross profit margin increased from 45.3% to 49.7%, leading to a 43.7% reduction in the Operating loss to £406k. </li>

<li>A new export customer is supplying a European national police force the ProVida system.</li>
<li>ProVida is QRO’s in-car speed enforcement system that captures court admissible evidence and is use in police vehicles. </li>
