<li>To progress business development and support building new capabilities c. £0.45m has been raised at 0.3p a share with a further £0.05m expected from a WRAP retail offer.</li>
<li>The total gross funding of £0.5m will represent 35% of the issued capital and the placing was at a 33.3% discount to the prior days closing mid-price.</li>
<li>There is already tangible revenue momentum reported as the Company has twice exceeded its best monthly revenue in comparison to FY 2025 with one month achieving over £110k. </li>

<li>Interim costs are, however, higher than anticipated, but expected to moderate in H2, so forecasts are unchanged.</li>
<li>Record revenue of £498k increased by 51.4%, while the total income including £30k of grant income, is £528k compared to £354k which included £25k of grant income. </li>
