<li>Accsys Tech 61.5p £148.9m (AXS.L) The high performance and sustainable wood building materials, has agreed new debt financing facilities of EUR5m, provided on an equal basis by ABN AMRO and HSBC.</li>
<li>The pricing terms on the Facilities are improved, together with lower quarterly capital repayments compared to the current EUR52.1m facility which was due to mature in September 2027.</li>
<li>The strategic re-financing strengthens the capital structure and the CEO states the Group is positioned to execute the FOCUS strategy and growth plans with greater confidence and resilience. </li>

<li>Revenue is expected to be no less than £29m (18 months 2024: £27.5m), with underlying profit before tax (excluding one-off restructuring costs) of no less than £700k (18 months 2024: £318k). </li>

<li>Arc Minerals Limited 0.50p £15.21m (ARCM.L) The exploration Company focused on developing Tier 1 copper deposits announces that the joint venture agreement in respect of the Zambian mining tenements between its subsidiary Unico Minerals Limited with a subsidiary of Anglo American plc has by mutual agreement been terminated and Anglo American has accordingly withdrawn from the joint venture and surrendered its interests, which were held through the joint venture company, Handa Resources Limited.</li>
<li>This follows a protracted period of no drilling activity during 2025. It has been further agreed that circa US$800k will be left in Handa's bank account and Arc will resume control of that company, with Anglo American surrendering its shares in Handa.</li>
<li>The Company reverts to a controlling position of the prospective copper tenements.</li>

<li>There is a 34% increase in sales to £22.7m, with a 53% increase in EBITDA to £4.1m and the PBT is up 62% to £3.4m giving an EPS of 16.01p against 11.16p.</li>
<li>There was strong sales in the Americas, Asia, and Europe, slightly tempered by a levelling off in India, the Middle East and Africa. </li>

The partners have complementary skill sets, with decades of experience across Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking and the Energy industry. We have worked at Société Générale, Canaccord Capital, BMO Capital Markets and Schlumberger. Most recently we have worked together for many years at GMP FirstEnergy. Auctus has been set up at the beginning of a new decade in which we see significant opportunities in the Energy space. Globally, demand for energy is at record levels and continues to grow. Conversely, investment in traditional energy sources has been severely constrained. We believe this imbalance creates opportunities for both companies and investors. Auctus provides Corporate Broking, Equity Research and Investment Banking services.
