<li>Acuity RM Group 1.00p £2.40m (ACRM.L) The software group specialising in cyber-security announced that it has agreed a new multi-year renewal and a 280% increase in fees compared to the original contract with a bank based in North America.</li>
<li>Since initial implementation in 2023, the Customer has substantially increased its use of Acuity's software.</li>
<li>As a result, the Customer renewed for a further three-years with a total contract value in excess of £160,000 - this takes Acuity's contracted future revenues to over £2m.</li>
</ul>


Acuity RM Group 1.00p £2.40m (ACRM.L) The software group specialising in cyber-security announced that it has agreed a new multi-year renewal and a 280% increase in fees compared to the original contract with a bank based in North America.

<li>The trading-update on 4 November last week included a 12-month contribution from ABISS which was acquired on 9 September 2024.</li>
<li>RUA stated its growth strategy is to increase the scale of the medical device and component manufacturing, reduce customer concentration, develop royalties from Biomaterials, and break-even.</li>
</ul>

<li>Autins Group 13p £7.1m (AUTG.L) The UK and European-based manufacturer of its proprietary Neptune melt-blown material and specialist in acoustic and thermal insulation solutions, provided an update on its financing arrangements.</li>
<li>Further to the Group's recent trading update, Autins confirms that it has now repaid the remaining £0.75m balance of its existing loan facility with Maven Capital Partners that was originally entered into in 2020.</li>
<li>The Group has also entered into a new £1.0m 4 year term loan facility, also with Maven via MEIF II. </li>
</ul>

<li>Reported revenue is 37% higher at £4.2m, with an EBITDA loss of £1.7m compared to an EBITDA loss of £1.9m due to continued investment in the overhead base to support future growth and contract execution.</li>
<li>The net cash is £3.7m against £1.9m last year and after a fund raising in October 2025 of £3.2m to accelerate US expansion and support execution of major contracts. </li>
</ul>
