<li>While the Company expects a moderate increase in sales, the key to increasing corporate value by increasing free cash flow will be how to raise the profit margin.</li>
<li>If the Company does not meet the criteria for maintaining its listing on the prime market at that time, new measures may be added in the updated plan in June.</li>

<li>The price looks cheep on low P/B, but it is probably too early to seek a higher share price until we can foresee a path of profit growth.</li>

Japan's Governance: TSE Market Reclassification and Transitional Measures: Sakai Heavy Industries

<p>Will it seem surprising or boring to readers who live outside of Japan? This is a question that I have been asking myself for quite some time. It is that not a small number of Japanese managers confuse "compliance" with "governance. In my actual experience, there were some executives who said "there is a problem with governance" when a problem similar to a violation of rules occurred (in fact, violations occurred in many cases). There are also cases where compliance with laws and regulations is raised in the ESG explanations in financial results announcements (although compliance is indeed a rule that should be followed by management and employees as the basis for corporate governance).</p>
