<li>Three holding companies have sigma below zero on a 20D MA. Hanwha Corp is considered stub tradable as its share price relative to its subsidiaries was relatively flat.</li>
<li>Four holdcos, including SK Square are over 70% NAV discount. Among them, SK Square is of the most interest as the price correlation with SK Hynix has been improving lately.</li>

<li>The share price movements of Samsung Group affiliates basically show high cointegration. Therefore, a small differential impact on the flow significantly affects the short-term price direction of these stocks. </li>
<li>So, we should consider a long/short setup on a swing trading window. Particularly, we need to focus on the first two trading days, when the rebalancing impact is relatively significant.</li>
