Singapore Exchange Ltd (SGX)

Singapore Exchange is Asia’s leading and trusted market infrastructure, facilitating the exchange of capital and ideas to create value for people, businesses and economies. As a multi-asset exchange operating equity, fixed income and derivatives markets to the highest regulatory standards, SGX is a vertically integrated business that provides listing, trading, clearing, settlement, depository and data services.

<ul><li>Over 30 Singapore stocks increased their 2025 YTD ADT to above S$100K, with two-thirds seeing P/B ratio accretion.  </li><li>Seven stocks saw their YTD ADT rise above S$1 million since June, with varied valuation accretion.  </li><li>LHT Holdings recorded the highest net institutional inflow, attributed to DH Cornerstone Fund's 18.45% stake acquisition.  </li></ul>

Over 30 Singapore stocks increased their 2025 YTD ADT to above S$100K, with two-thirds seeing P/B ratio accretion.  Seven stocks saw their YTD ADT rise above S$1 million since June, with varied valuation accretion. <ul><li>The FTSE ST Mid & Small Cap Index generated a 9% total return in 3Q25 to Aug 12, led by PropNex with a 52% gain.</li><li>The Index saw S$382 million in net institutional inflow, with Technology sector constituents accounting for S$180 million.</li><li>iFAST Corporation reported a 34.7% increase in 1HFY25 net profit, driven by growth in Hong Kong ePension business.</li></ul>

<ul><li>The top five performers among the 100 most traded stocks in Singapore for the year up to 17 July, were Beng Kuang Marine, Mermaid Maritime, Yoma Strategic, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding and Samudera Shipping.</li><li>Among the broader group of Singapore’s 200 most traded stocks this year, 63 stocks have generated YTD total returns of 10% or higher.</li><li>Among the 63 stocks, the Industrials Sector representing as many as 18 (29%) of the 63 stocks, compared to the sector representing 38 (19%) of the broader group of the 200 most traded stocks.</li></ul>

<ul><li>As of 20 June, the FTSE ST All-Share Index generated a 3.9% total return in 2Q24, outpacing the FTSE Asia Pacific Index (+2.7%) and FTSE ASEAN All-Share Index (-1.9%).</li><li>The 10 strongest performers of the FTSE ST All-Share Index in 2Q24 (to 20 June) averaged 37% total returns, and were led by Yoma Strategic, Samudera Shipping and Yangzijiang Shipbuilding.</li><li>On the other side of the FTSE ST All-Share Index constituent performances, Food Empire Holdings has declined 19% in 2Q24 (to 20 June), reducing its total return since the end of 2019 to 95%.</li></ul>

The company was incorporated in Singapore on December 22, 1993, and is headquartered there.
