<li>The headroom on the £20m revolving credit facility remains in place, with an accordion option to extend the facility to £30m. </li>

<li>For FY December 2025, SSS generated revenues of £1.04m and EBITDA of £0.13m and had a net asset value of £0.43m.</li>
<li>Founded in 1983 the specialist locksmith business based in Poole, Dorset is primary focused on commercial customers with key clients such as local authorities and healthcare-sector operators. </li>

Croma Security Solutions Group 72.50p £10.0m (CSSG.L) The service-focused security solutions Company reports the completion of the acquisition of Southern Security Services Limited (SSS), for £0.55m which is to be funded from existing resources.
