Periscope Analytics focuses on event-driven trades across Asia Pacific and provides comprehensive, timely and systematic coverage of index changes to major Asia Pacific indices in a structured manner.

The analysis includes forecasted inclusions and exclusions to all major Asian indices that have significant amount of tracking assets, including estimates of passive buy/sell flow on the stocks. The service also provides commentary and impact of market consultations, ground rule changes, and other events (IPOs, spin-offs, M&A) that could lead to index changes and passive flow.

<li>SD Biosensor announced a rights offering of nearly 20 million shares (representing 19.1% of outstanding shares) at the expected rights offering price of 15,520 won. </li>
<li>Bionote has announced its intentions to purchase up to 260 billion won worth of rights offering of SD Biosensor, representing 84% of rights offering amount of nearly 310 billion won. </li>
<li>This is likely to be viewed negatively by both SD Biosensor and Bionote shareholders, but more so by the latter due to the lack of rights offering discount price. </li>

SD Biosensor announced a rights offering of nearly 20 million shares (representing 19.1% of outstanding shares) at the expected rights offering price of 15,520 won. 
Bionote has announced its intentions to purchase up to 260 billion won worth of rights offering of SD Biosensor, representing 84% of rights offering amount of nearly 310 billion won.
