<li>We believe that the formation of an intermediate holding company structure could have a negative impact on SKC's share price. </li>
<li>This is because some investors may be concerned that SKC may try to complete IPOs of some of its valuable subsidiaries including SKCFT Holdings without adequate protection for SKC shareholders.</li>

SKC Co Ltd (011790 KS) announced on 29 April that it plans to change into an intermediate holding company.
We believe that the formation of an intermediate holding company structure could have a negative impact on SKC's share price. 
This is because some investors may be concerned that SKC may try to complete IPOs of some of its valuable subsidiaries including SKCFT Holdings without adequate protection for SKC shareholders.

<li>Our NAV analysis of SK Square suggests NAV of 9.4 trillion won or NAV per share of 66,421 won, representing a 45% upside from current levels.</li>
<li>SK Square's positive shareholder return policies including higher share buybacks, cancellations, and dividends are result in further outperformance of SK Square relative to KOSPI this year. </li>

SK Square announced that it will cancel treasury shares worth 2.5 million shares on 4 October 2023, which represents 1.8% of its current outstanding shares.
Our NAV analysis of SK Square suggests NAV of 9.4 trillion won or NAV per share of 66,421 won, representing a 45% upside from current levels.

<li>Additionally, the EURO STOXX 50 remains below 2-year resistance at 4400-4415.</li>
<li>We remain overweight Europe, Japan, and India, and we prefer to only add exposure on a pullback -- especially in Japan where indexes are bullish yet extended.</li>
</ul>


There continues to be little traction above $93 on MSCI ACWI (ACWI-US), which remains the top-end of our anticipated 2023 trading range. Important downside targets are $86, $84, and $75-77.
