<li>High-Div SOEs again saw action. This time with both CNOOC Ltd (883 HK) and China Telecom (728 HK) seeing net buying as a percentage of volume. </li>

High-Div SOEs again saw action. This time with both CNOOC Ltd (883 HK) and China Telecom (728 HK) seeing net buying as a percentage of volume.
