<li>Reports are now emerging of a possible takeover from local entrepreneurs. Those reports appear tenuous, at best.</li>

Reportedly, Australian Clinical Labs (ACL AU) and Healius (HLS AU) may reload a merger.

The Scheme Doc is now out, with a Court Meeting on the 7th March,  with new GNH shares trading on the 7th April. The IFA (Veda Capital) botched its peer analysis.
