<p>Back on the 28 June, Hong Kong fire service installation contactor <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/windmill-group-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:33829:1" rel="noopener">Windmill Group (1850 HK) </a><a href="https://www1.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/sehk/2021/0628/2021062801512.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">announced</a> its major shareholder with 60% had entered into an MOU with two third parties to sell its shares, the completion of which would likely trigger an MGO. </p>
<p>The share price, which had gained 150%+ ahead of the announcement in the preceding week, promptly gained another 72% in the following two trading sessions to close at HK$2.73 on the 30th of June.</p>
<p>Shares rolled over around the time of the positive profit alert on the <a href="https://www1.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/sehk/2021/0716/2021071600416.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">16 July</a>, before closing at $1.34 on the 12 August, a level below that ahead of the MOU announcement.</p>
<p>Shares are currently halted pursuant to the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers. Plus ~15% moved into Get Nice Securities on the 11 August, taking that broker's holding to 83.26%. </p>
<p>Definitely movement in the MOU. But be prepared for a takeunder. </p>
