The average A-H premium changed by -0.2ppt week-on-week, led by information technology, materials, real estate and offset by consumer staples, energy, health care.

<li>There are 3 changes for the index and we estimate passive buying of 0.7-1.4x ADV in the adds and selling of between 0.2-1x ADV in the deletes.</li>
<li>Trade performance has been horrible as the adds have moved sideways over the last two months and the deletes have skyrocketed - that could change in the next two weeks.</li>

HK Connect SOUTHBOUND Flows (To 29 Nov 2024); SB Trading Volumes Lower, Still Strong Net Buying Tech

<li>Post market close on Friday, Hang Seng Indexes will announce the changes for the <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/hong-kong-hang-seng-index" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:22899:1" rel="noopener">Hang Seng Index (HSI INDEX)</a> that will be implemented at the close on 6 December.</li>
<li>With no increase in the number of index constituents this calendar year, there could be inclusions in December. The process of getting to 100 index constituents could drag into 2026.</li>
