Domain has announced a $4.43/share NBIO from Costar - deemed best & final. It's a 5.5% premium to its initial bid, and a 42% premium to the 20th Feb price. Eligible shareholders may benefit from franking credits of ~A$0.04/share, suggesting a divi upward of A$0.0933/share. Any dividend paid wil be netted from the Offer consideration.
